CWT|SatoTravel Names Bob McCauley Vice President, E2 Solutions

CWT|SatoTravel, the military and government division of Carlson Wagonlit Travel and a premier supplier of the U.S. General Services Administration's government-wide E-Gov Travel Services, has appointed Bob McCauley to the position of vice president, E2 Solutions, effective January 1, 2008.

McCauley is leading the internal teams responsible for deploying, maintaining, and enhancing the division's E2 Solutions product, which is a proprietary web-based tool that provides clients immediate, end-to-end services, including online trip planning, authorization and approval, the ability to make travel reservations, and the fulfillment of vouchers, or travel and expense reports. He principally will be responsible for establishing and fulfilling the E2 Solutions strategic, tactical and operational goals and objectives. He will have direct oversight on all phases of the program's development and implementation life cycle, and will ensure each account team has the necessary resources to effectively manage and execute its contracts. McCauley will work closely with the product management team to ensure E2 reflects the application of best practices while meeting market demand.

McCauley is based in Arlington, Va., and now reports to CWT|SatoTravel President Kelly Kuhn.

Previously, McCauley was director of Operations for E2 Solutions since August 2006. In this role he led teams through the successful deployment and operation of the Departments of Labor and Education, General Services Administration, National Business Center and a number of other important clients. His team is currently deploying E2 Solutions to the Departments of State and Justice and the Social Security Administration. Prior to entering civilian life, McCauley served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force, and has more than 20 years of experience in traffic management, air passenger, air freight, and vehicle management.
