Carlson Marketing's Door C Hires Laurie Blum as Interactive Media & Marketing Director
Minneapolis | April 23, 2007
Carlson Marketing is pleased to announce the hiring of Laurie Blum as interactive media and marketing director. In this new role, she will be responsible for leading the development of the growing online advertising, search, e-mail and mobile marketing activities for Door C, the global creative and interactive arm of Carlson Marketing.
Blum brings in-depth knowledge and a breadth of experience in deploying innovative campaigns online via a wide array of emerging channels like video on demand, streaming video, interactive television, podcasts, RSS, word of mouth, mobile content and other interactive marketing vehicles to her new position.
Most recently, Blum led Best Buy's industry-leading online media activities. She also spent five years at Gateway developing their digital media and marketing initiatives, including various dot-com and online retail efforts.
