Carlson Marketing Hires Agency Veteran, Rob Morgan, as Senior Vice President, Client Services

Carlson Marketing continues to attract world-class agency talent with the recent hiring of veteran Rob Morgan as senior vice president of client services.
In addition to Morgan's expertise in Loyalty, CRM, Marketing and Communications, he brings a wealth of agency experience. He has enjoyed successful stints at Rapp Collins Worldwide, Doner Advertising, Brann Worldwide - Canada, Rapp Collins - Canada, and Communicaide Integrated Marketing Services Limited.
Morgan served most recently as executive vice president of client services at Rapp Collins Worldwide. He was responsible for all customer relationship management including direct mail, digital, interactive, email and direct response television marketing, along with the consumer, wealth management and online banking initiatives for the Bank of America account. In addition, as part of an agency consortium, Morgan provided leadership to a staff of 40 in two offices and coordinated client work across seven other agencies. He also served as a member of Bank of America's eCOMM Lead Team, whose goal was to accelerate and improve overall campaign performance and return on investment.
At Doner, he was executive vice president & general manager, direct marketing, and worked with clients such as Mazda, ADT, Blockbuster, PacifiCare, Progressive Insurance and Owens Corning. He held a similar position at Brann and was involved in work with both existing clients and new business pitches for the likes of CIBC (Canada's second-largest retail bank); Canadian Tire Auto Club/Credit services; Investors Group and Safeway Select Bank (California based).
As a seasoned executive with both advertising and marketing services experience, Morgan has had opportunities to work with blue-chip clients across a variety of marketing channels and industry verticals. In addition to the clients mentioned earlier, he has designed and delivered integrated marketing campaigns for State Farm Bank, Esso Canada (Exxon), SC Johnson Wax, Bell Canada and Scotiabank.
