Carlson's Select Service Hotels Experience Record Results Country Inns & Suites Celebrates 20th Year

Carlson Hotels Worldwide wrapped up 2006 with record revenue growth for its select service brands of Country Inns & Suites By Carlson® and Park Inn. In 2007, Country Inns & Suites celebrates 20 years of country hospitality, and Park Inn is experiencing its resurgence in North America. With the addition of several new properties in 2006, and many additional hotels slated to join the brand in 2007, Park Inn continues to expand rapidly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa with more than 60 hotels currently in operation.

Country Inns & Suites will celebrate its 20th milestone throughout 2007 by offering special rates and spotlighting reunion destinations. Each Country Inns & Suites hotel features classic architecture and a home-like interior design, including a cozy and welcoming lobby, hardwood flooring, comfortable seating around a lobby fireplace and front porch, as well as a recreational area offering a heated pool, whirlpool and fitness center.
