Carrollton, TX | March 17, 2008
T.G.I. Friday's® U.S.A. was recently recognized with a Silver Spur Award by the Texas Public Relations Association for having one of the top public relations campaigns in the state of Texas. The award was given for the "Right Portion, Right Price" menu media relations campaign.
"We are honored to receive this recognition for one of the most successful public relations campaigns in our 43-year history," said Amy Freshwater, vice president of communication and public relations for Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. "T.G.I. Friday's is Texas-based and Texas proud so to be recognized in our home state by this great organization is truly rewarding."
