Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Honored as One of 'Best Places to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth' for Third Consecutive Year
Carrollton, TX | May 13, 2008
For the third consecutive year, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, parent of T.G.I. Friday's restaurants (www.fridays.com), was honored by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the Top Ten Large Businesses in its Best Places to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth issue, which honored the 60 best companies to work for in North Texas based on employee surveys.
"We have created a great place for great people to do great work," said Richard Snead, president and chief executive officer Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. "From perks to pay, we strive to take care of our team members and meet their needs. We understand that happy team members take better care of our guests so it's important that they remain satisfied with their jobs and benefits."
Nominations for the Best Places to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth were solicited by the Dallas Business Journal, whose editors scrutinized the entries before calling on Quantum Market Research, an independent human resources survey company, to determine the winners.
Carlson Restaurants Worldwide was noted for having excellent benefits and "perks," including dining discounts, nontraditional benefits such as domestic partner benefits, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, pet insurance and performance incentives.
