Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Promotes Carl Robie to Vice President of Strategic Sourcing

Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, parent of T.G.I. Friday's® and Pick Up Stix® restaurants, recently announced the promotion of Carl Robie to Vice President of Strategic Sourcing.

"Carl is a proven leader who has made numerous contributions to our organization," said John Neitzel, president and chief operating officer of T.G.I. Friday's USA. "He is continuously looking for ways to improve our business and I am delighted to announce his promotion."

Robie, who will report to Neitzel and be based at the company's worldwide headquarters in Carrollton, Texas, will be responsible for all sourcing and contracting for food and beverage, indirect services, non-food supplies and quality assurance for all U.S. T.G.I. Friday's restaurants and Pick Up Stix restaurants. Robie joined Carlson in December of 2003 and Carlson Restaurants Worldwide in September of 2007. He most recently was senior director of strategic sourcing for the company.
