Suzanne Hanna named senior vice president of operations for T.G.I. Friday's® USA

John Neitzel, president and chief operating officer of T.G.I. Friday's USA, today named Suzanne Hanna as Senior Vice President of Operations, T.G.I. Friday's USA.
In her new role, Hanna will be responsible for formulating the long-term organizational strategy while providing overall direction and operational leadership for T.G.I. Friday's USA company-owned operations.
Prior to re-joining Friday's, where she previously served as Vice President of Southeast Operations, Hanna held leadership roles with Starbucks, Morton's of Chicago, Toscorp Incorporated and Red Lobster. Most recently, Hanna was Vice President of Operations/International for Yum! Brands.
"Suzanne is a strong, influential leader who demonstrates a relentless commitment to excellence and has consistently achieved distinguished results in each leadership position she has held," said Neitzel. "She's a trailblazer for positive changes in the restaurant industry and we could not be more excited to have her on the T.G.I. Friday's USA team."
Hanna, who received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rosemont College and completed the Culinary Focus Program at Culinary Institute of America, will reside in New Jersey. Hanna's first day in her new position will be June 1.
