Radisson named Gold Award Winner by Compuware for ‘Best of the Web’ 2010 awards

Carlson, a global hospitality and travel company, today announced that Radisson® has been named a 2010 Web Performance Gold Award Winner by Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR), the technology performance company. As part of its annual ‘Best of the Web’ awards, the Compuware Gomez Web and Mobile Performance Awards recognize the outstanding Web and mobile site performance of leading companies across six industries during 2010.

Radisson was honored as the top Gold award winner in the travel category for hotels, based on its average rankings in the Gomez US Hotel Room Search Business Process benchmark throughout 2010. Gomez Web and mobile benchmarks measure three key performance metrics – response time, availability and consistency.

The report provides detailed measurements of each winner’s average Web or mobile site performance throughout the year. It highlights how each award winner sets their industry’s standard for providing a Web or mobile site experience that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty, strengthens their brand, lowers operating costs and increases revenue.
