Carlson, a global hospitality and travel company, today announced that Scott C. Gage, president and chief operating officer, Gage Outdoor Expeditions, a travel company specializing in outdoor hunting and fishing adventures and a division of Gage Group, is returning to the Carlson Board of Directors. The announcement was made by Carlson chairman Marilyn Carlson Nelson.

Gage, co-chair and co-chief executive officer of Carlson Holdings, serves on the boards of Gage Marketing and KIPP: Stand Academy. He is also vice president of the board of the Curtis L. Carlson Family Foundation.

“We are pleased that Scott will be serving on our board to provide his unique perspective on our business,” Chairman Nelson said.  

Prior to his current role at Gage Outdoor Expeditions, he worked in strategic marketing for Gage Group. He graduated from the University of Colorado and received his master’s degree in business administration from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota where he concentrated in marketing and finance.
