Radisson Blu Edwardian, London wins 'Best Large Group Hotel Employer' at the 2012 Best Employers Hospitality Awards

Radisson Blu Edwardian, London has been named the Best Large Group Employer at the 2012 Best Employers in Hospitality Awards.
The award was presented to the luxury London hotel group on Monday, 18th June at a ceremony held in central London, after an extensive survey of hospitality employees by recruitment specialist Caterer.com.
Based on the opinions of over 5,000 employees working for the companies that entered, the results were gathered using an employee engagement survey. The results were based solely on the responses from employees and thus offer an unbiased view on employee perceptions.

It is extremely heartening to see that all the focus and dedication that we give to this critical part of the business has been recognised in this way, but more importantly that our staff is proud to be working for us.”
Radisson Blu Edwardian, London was also ranked 20th in the Top 50 Best Employers in Hospitality 2012 England & Wales at the ceremony. Mansi went on to explain that their success was due to the hotel group’s policy for ‘growing their own’:
