Our ambitious strategy for this highly innovative brand is to grow it by at least 160 more restaurants in operation by 2015, bringing the portfolio to nearly 1,100 restaurants in key destinations across the globe.

The strategy has three major priorities:

  • Boost same-store sales at existing domestic stores in the United States
  • Pursue domestic development in a targeted fashion
  • Accelerate international growth

The U.S. top-line strategy has six main themes:

  • Define relevant, compelling positioning/value proposition
  • Deliver great service experience in line with value proposition
  • Offer great Friday’s® food in key signature categories
  • Increase performance at key occasions
  • Enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evolve/refresh box
