Richard C. Gage

 

Richard C. Gage is Chair of Carlson, a private investment firm.

Gage’s board governance, executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience spans the business and technology sectors.  He is the founder and former CEO of real estate technology company YourMLSsearch.com, a leader in IDX property search and real estate web design. Gage is also a co-founder and director of Municipal Parking Services (MPS), a smart cities parking-technology company. He has been a Carlson Board member for the past 10 years, and has served as a director for Carlson Holdings for over 20 years.

Gage is active in the philanthropic sector and serves non-profit organizations, NGOs and foundations that are changing lives and improving communities. He is on the board of the World Childhood Foundation, whose mission is to prevent and address sexual abuse, exploitation and violence against children. In addition, Gage is co-founder and Board Chair of Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program (MN SNAP). This organization’s mission is to help end the suffering and death of companion animals in Minnesota due to pet overpopulation by providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services. Gage has also served on the board of the Carlson Family Foundation for more than 20 years.

Gage graduated from Augsburg College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Art History. A proud Minnesotan, Gage lives in the Twin Cities with his wife Britt and their three children. He enjoys time with family, traveling, and the company of a good book.
